There is no package. Every area of your building is priced separately on the in-person quote, so you can see what each part costs and drop anything you do not want.

Included with every service
Three things that are not line items.
- Eco friendly supplies. Brought with us and included, not billed back as a consumable.
- A concern corrected the same day. You raise it with us directly.
- The price you agreed. No yearly increase, no monthly adjustment, and nothing appearing on an invoice that was not on the quote.
We do not publish prices, because a building is priced by what is in it. The in-person quote is free and there is no long term contract at the end of it.

Common questions.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. There is no long term contract.
Will the price go up every year?
No. There is no yearly price increase and no monthly adjustment. The price you agree on the quote is the price.
What happens if something gets missed?
It is corrected the same day you raise it. You reach us directly.
Do you clean after hours?
We are open 24 hours, seven days a week, so the schedule is yours to set. Most buildings are done once the floor is empty. It is agreed when we quote and written into the spec sheet.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, and they are eco friendly. They are part of the rate rather than a consumable billed back to you.
Are you insured?
Yes. NSR Shine Inc is fully insured, bonded and WCB-covered.
Which areas do you cover?
Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere and Okotoks.
How much does it cost?
We do not publish prices, because it depends on what is in your building and how often you want it done. The in-person quote is free, every area is priced on its own line, and you keep whichever lines you want.
